- LaShawn is an up and coming Maryland R&B artist. With powerful and unique vocals, she tears down a show whenever she performs. She is not only a talented vocalist but she also is a songwriter. Known for mostly writing R&B records she also dabbles in many other genre's such as: pop, alternative rock, neo-soul, and jazz. Her talented songwriting skills has given her four contracts from Paramount Group, she also received the suggested artist award from VH1'S Song of the year staff, and was offered several opportunities to work with local production companies in the Maryland/DC area. Besides singing and songwriting LaShawn is also known for dancing and modeling. All these aspects allow LaShawn to learn more about the entertainment business and grow as an artist.
